Preparation and delivery

Production and preparation timing is stated on each product page. Stardust made-to-order pieces are ready to ship in 1–2 days where indicated. Shipping time is additional. Archive items are in stock unless the listing states otherwise; custom reworks follow the timing shown on their service page.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships. For pickup, wait for your ready-for-pickup confirmation before visiting the studio.

To request a shipping-speed change, please contact us within 4 hours of purchase. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
