You choose your service, complete checkout, and we’ll send you our studio address and shipping instructions. Once your garment arrives at our Downtown LA studio, our team hand cuts full-grain leather, sets it with crystal studs, and sews it directly onto your piece by hand. Allow 7–10 days from receipt of your garment.

We offer three services: Front Logo ($145), Back Spine ($185), and Front & Back ($295). Custom names or words are available by special request and are not included in the Front Logo option — contact us before ordering for design approval and pricing.

You’ll receive an email with our studio address and detailed shipping instructions. Ship your garment to us at your preferred carrier and pace. The 7–10 day lead time begins once your item is received at our studio.

Your garment should be in good structural condition. Paper-thin or heavily worn fabric cannot support leather appliqué work. If you’re unsure whether your piece is a good candidate, reach out before ordering — we’re happy to take a look.

For standard placements (Front Logo, Back Spine, Front & Back), no pre-approval is needed. For custom names, words, or special requests, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the design and provide accurate pricing.

Spot clean the leather areas only — do not submerge, machine wash, or dry clean. The full-grain leather will develop a natural patina over time. For the fabric portion, follow the garment’s original care instructions, taking care to avoid the leather appliqué.

It depends on whether your item is in stock or made to order. In-stock items are processed and shipped promptly; made-to-order pieces require production time before shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you need to change your shipping speed, please contact us within 4 hours of purchase.

Domestic (US) orders ship via Standard Shipping (free) or FedEx Express ($25). International orders (Canada, UK, EU, Japan, Mexico, and more) ship via UPS or FedEx at carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout.

Yes — we ship to Canada, Germany, Japan, France, Italy, the UK, Mexico, and Venezuela. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Shipping speed changes must be requested within 4 hours of purchase. For other modifications or cancellations, contact us as soon as possible — once production has begun on a made-to-order item, changes may not be possible.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Sale items are final sale. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility; we recommend a trackable service for items over $75.

Email us at emma@fractionla.com with your order details. Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Our pieces are crafted from a range of premium materials — full-grain leather is a signature of the brand, valued for its durability and the natural patina it develops over time. Hardware and additional materials vary by product; details are noted on individual product pages.

Yes. Every piece is hand cut and hand finished at our Downtown LA studio.

Built to last. Full-grain leather improves with age; other materials are selected for quality and longevity. For best results, avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight, and extreme heat, and follow any care notes specific to your item.
